ARTISTIC DIRECTION / MAKER

We created a series of interactive installations to showcase Google products in playful and immersive ways: from connected wooden cubes for a quiz on Google tools, to the 6-Second Challenge highlighting Chromebook speed, a light show controlled by the audience, and a custom 180° Pixel 3 photobooth. Each project blended creativity, technology, and fun to engage people with the Google universe.

GOOGLE CUBE

As part of a project to make learning tools more engaging, we created 10 connected wooden cubes along with an interactive quiz designed to help participants explore Google's suite of tools. Each handcrafted cube acted as a controller: by rotating it onto the colored face representing their answer, users could respond directly to the quiz. Thanks to built-in gyroscopes and Wi-Fi connectivity, this immersive setup offered a playful and collaborative experience, bridging the gap between physical interaction and digital learning.

6 SECONDS CHALLENGE

To put into light the blazingly fast start-up times of the new Chromebooks the 6-second challenge is as much of a challenge as it is a nod to the past of computing. Can't you patch up 3 cables faster than the Chromebook's ability to boot its OS? Many tried at the launch event but many failed.

SWITCH ON THE LIGHTS

Take control of the light show of « La Rotonde » by interacting playfully with this digital installation. This is the opportunity we gave to the happy few present at the Chromebook launch event. We built a giant light remote control in the form of the Chromebook logo — by pressing one part of the logo, users triggered a whole show of light in the same color in the rotunda and became light-jockeys for the night.

PIXEL PHOTOBOOTH

What could be better than using the incredible capabilities of Google Pixel 3 phones in a 180° boomerang photobooth? This custom-made 180° photobooth had cameras sync up to shoot at precisely the same moment via a custom application installed on the Pixel 3, then gathered the frames into a short video that was uploaded to a server — the user could download it via a QR code.
